Deadlines & Forms Checklist
Below is a list of important deadlines and forms that must be completed on time to ensure a smooth running of your event and to ensure you get the best possible rates on stand orders.
Failure to complete the below in time will result in late fee surcharges for stand orders and may affect you ability to build on your stand or during speaker sessions.

Please ensure to place any stand orders for stand fitting, electrics, graphics, AV, furniture or flooring by Wednesday 18th September as orders after this date are subject to a 20% late surcharge and graphics / floor coverings may not be accepted. Stand orders early bird deadline Wednesday 18th September |
