This manual includes everything you will need to plan your Lab Innovations stand, including deadlines, forms and rules. Please read everything through carefully to ensure you are fully prepared.
Please also share this with third-party contractors if applicable, as they will also need to know all show and venue regulations.

Forms and deadlines
Please take a look at the forms checklist, setting out exactly which forms you need to fill in and all of the deadlines.
The Grid plan is essential for all exhibitors who have placed orders for electrics, spotlights or shell extras. The Grid plan ensures your stand fittings and electrics are placed as you desire.

Ensuring the health and safety of all participants at our event is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you complete the Health & Safety form by Wednesday 18th September 2024, to provide us with essential information about your stand. This will help us to identify any potential hazards and ensure that the necessary precautions are taken to prevent any accidents or injuries from occurring.
In addition, completing the Health & Safety form will also help us to better understand the unique needs of your stand and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate these needs. This will help us to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

It is important that you complete the risk assessment form before the given deadline, which is on Wednesday 18th September 2024. By filling out this form, you can identify and prevent any potential risks that may arise on your stand. This is crucial to ensure a safe and successful event for everyone involved.

The Shell Amendments form is a valuable resource for exhibitors who have purchased a shell scheme package. This form provides exhibitors with the flexibility to customize their stand by adding or removing certain elements, such as fascia, walls, or furniture. In this way, exhibitors can create a stand that is perfectly tailored to their needs and preferences.
Please note the deadline for shell amendments are the Wednesday 18th September 2024.

All Space only exhibitors must complete space only stand plans
and all supporting documents, including RAMS to admin@opssquad.co.uk
Your stand plans must include the following:
- Stand company name and number
- Contractor contact details
- Contractor onsite contact details
- Detailed stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions
- Stand visual
- Contractor Risk Assessment
- Method Statement
- Type of Flooring you will be using
- Electrical Plans
- Rigging Plans, if applicable
- A copy of your stand contractor’s Public Liability Insurance certificate
Stand orders
Early ordering via the MyEasyfairs web-shop and the prompt completion of forms for any extra services will not only give you peace of mind, but will also ensure you do not incur any late order surcharges. Please refer to the checklist & forms section for further details.
The deadline for early bird stand orders is the Wednesday 18th September 2024.
Use your MyEasyfairs account to order graphics, furniture or additional stand fittings.
Orders after this date are subject to a 20% late surcharge. Graphics and floor covering orders may not be accepted after this date.

Be aware of fake vendors selling data and similar scams!
Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.
If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties.
The data provided by these companies is most of the time either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality, or even fake and/or have been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any use that such companies make of the name Easyfairs or Lab Innovations is without our authorisation and is illegal. Please do not respond to these emails. You should not pay the companies behind them on any account.
Please inform Easyfairs if you receive such solicitations so we can warn others.
